Quote
Free and non-binding, after a site visit or based on your service specification (Leistungsverzeichnis). The price is binding for the agreed scope; extra work only with your approval.
Rates
Guide rates per working hour, excluding 19 % VAT: from €27.00 for interior and maintenance cleaning, from €32.50 for window and glass cleaning. The binding price is in your quote.
Contract term
Regular cleaning runs indefinitely and can be cancelled with one month’s notice to the end of a month, unless the order says otherwise.
One-off jobs
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the appointment, then 25 % and under 24 hours 50 % of the order value; rescheduling is free up to 48 hours before.
Payment
Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date.
Complaints
Report a defect within three working days, ideally with a photo. Justified defects are put right.
Insurance
Business and professional liability insurance with andsafe AG; coverage amounts are available on request.

Can I contact GO Service in English?
Yes. You can call, write on WhatsApp or send an email in English. We agree the scope and prepare your quote in English; the legally binding terms and conditions (AGB) are in German.

All of Hamburg, in all seven boroughs (Hamburg-Mitte, Altona, Eimsbüttel, Hamburg-Nord, Wandsbek, Bergedorf and Harburg), and the surrounding area. Our business address is Froschkönigweg 5, 22119 Hamburg.
Who do you clean for?
Companies and offices, practices, retail stores, schools, town halls and public authorities, property managers and owners’ associations, and private households. One-off jobs and regular cleaning are both possible.
Can you clean outside office hours?
Yes. Cleaning early in the morning, in the evening or at the weekend is planned around your operating hours.
Do you work with tenders and service specifications?
Yes. We price each item of your service specification separately. If there is none yet, we propose one after a site visit.
How much does cleaning cost?
Our guide rates per working hour, excluding VAT, start at €27.00 for interior and maintenance cleaning and at €32.50 for window and glass cleaning. How many hours a property needs depends on size, condition, access and frequency; you get a free quote that is binding for the agreed scope.
